Over the last few years, I have been actively searching for various opportunities in order to improve all round patient experience.
One opportunity was to consider joining forces with other independent practices who share the same ethos and values as Elcotts. One such practice, who has been a familiar name on the Luton’s High street since the late 1920s, is Brown and White Opticians.
About 7 years ago, Brown and White Opticians in Luton made the investment in modern, patient-friendly premises. They have advanced equipment and products and have an ethos of personal service and care consistent with my own.
I am therefore joining hands with them. I will continue to carry out the same, if not better, level of patient care and thorough eye examinations as I do now. My testing days will be similar to that at Elcotts and I will also continue my work at the local eye department at The Luton & Dunstable Hospital NHS Trust, on the days I’m not at Brown and White.
I hope you will continue to show your trust and loyalty by coming to see my new and old team at the new premises. We are looking at transferring on Friday 6th January 2017 and hopefully it will be a smooth transition. All orders not collected before this date at Elcotts will be available to collect from Brown and White Opticians.
